By purchasing a ticket to this Class, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. All payments are nonrefundable. If you are unable to attend the class for any reason, you may transfer your ticket to another person upon prior written consent of Hafsa & Co. 

2. You acknowledge and agree that your attendance at this class is voluntary. You assume all risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that you may experience or incur in connection with attend the Class. You hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge and hold harmless Hafsa & Co., its employees, agents, subcontractors and representatives, of and from any such claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.

3. Any disputes arising out of or relating to your purchase of tickets and/or your attendance at the Class shall be governed by the law of the state of Massachusetts and all disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction in the courts of Nantucket, MA.
